Tech post... {aka...boring post}

I know that this is not going to mean anything to most people. But because I was so exited about it- Im going to post it anyway. Feel free to stop reading now because I may get 'technical'. So I have been reading a lot about dragging my shutter. I dont really quite understand it all, but I thought I'd give it a try. We were driving through the car wash and I thought it would be a perfect time to try it out. It was pretty dark in the car (you know after the soap suds completely cover your car and the sun is setting outside anyway?)

Well, I snapped this shot of Aly.I used my external flash and bounced it off our sunroof. My shutter was set at 1/3 sec. I was using my lens that came with the camera (not exactly my fav) so my aperture was f/3.5. But I've never shot at that shutter speed and have my photo come out like this. Usually its a blurry mess. (and this is straight from the camera) So anyway... something I'll have to keep playing with. So maybe, just maybe this shutter dragging stuff is sinking in. Okay... no more tech-y stuff.

I also just redesigned my sister's blog tonight. Feels good to create. Now off I go to try my hand at Tiger Woods 08 Golf for the Wii...
