Room Re-do

On Friday night, Aly had a sleep over with my parents and Cynthia. She had so much fun!! (Thanks guys!!) Well- as part of Aly's Christmas, she really wanted her room to be redone. She wanted pink and brown on her walls. So... we went to Ikea a few times this week gathering items for her room, and planning. She was so excited. Here is kind of what it looked like before.

The Big Reveal!!! It was so darling... I made her close her eyes and then she walked in and put her hand up to her mouth and said. "Oh my! I love it!" That was worth being up until 3:30 am painting. :) As I was painting I was almost sad. It was like saying goodbye to her 'baby room'. She is actually going to PRIMARY in a few weeks!! Feels like I just put her in nursery! They grow so fast!
