these last few weeks have been exhausting! i think its this miserable heat. its been hovering at about 100+ here. and on top of that - its been sort of humid (for moab anyway) so that means our swamp cooler has been running non stop for the last week(ish) and its still not working. (i dont think i could hack it in a humid climate!)
i also woke up last night to some hard(er) contractions. i know my body is getting ready. even though the heat has drained my energy lately, i've only been sick twice since the 4th of july. this is pretty epic. and kind of funny that i've felt the best during the last few weeks - but what a blessing its been!
and, best of all, my sweet friend told me about this ice cream. its gluten free, dairy free, soy free and vegan. i was wondering how it was going to be. i recently tried soy ice cream (which basically tastes like frozen soy milk. yuck) but this stuff is pretty dang good! and best of all- i dont get sick! love little treats like this! even if its $6+ a pint.
