abby had her first solid food last saturday. i had been putting it off because well... i wasnt ready. eating solids- that means she growing up. and i wasnt ready to face that just yet... ;)
but daniel just decided to do it. and you know what? she loved it. in fact, she ate every last bite.
at first- she wasnt so sure. (see that third picture...) but then, she really 'got' it. and she was really excited!
and then i remembered the joys of feeding a baby. i love that time to just talk and connect with them. its so special. and im so glad i get to share that with abby.
