Apricots. My mama and I have been preserving them for the last two weeks. Well... Mainly my mom. I'll cut a few apricots, pick up a baby, cut a few more, break up a fight...
Anyway. I know we'll be pretty happy about all this effort when we have fresh apricots in the middle of winter.
