dear aly:
you still hold my hand as i walk you to the bus stop. im hanging on to that as long as i can. i know soon, you wont want to hold my hand. you are becoming more independant. wanting to do so much on your own. a part of me is excited for all you are learning to do. but a bigger part of me is trying to hold on. hold on to the little moments that tell me you are still my little girl.
